Return & Refund Policy

Within 30 days of your purchase, you can easily return it for a refund if you're not entirely happy. You can use the guidelines below to file a return request on your order page. Return & Exchange Conditions

• Requires return in original packaging.
• Returned items without permission won't be accepted.
• Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
• Every item needs to be in its original packing, undamaged or unopened, with all tags, and in the same condition as when it was sent. Additionally, you will require the purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
• Customers must utilize a delivery method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Order Cancellations

• We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
• Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

Non-returnable items:

• On sale items are non-refundable.
• Customers are not reimbursed for any lost or damaged goods.

Exchanges

At the moment, orders cannot be exchanged online. You must purchase the replacement product separately and return the original product for a refund.

Refunds

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your return once it has been received. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

In two to three business days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.

Costs

• If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
• If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

General Return Process

• Start the process of coming back: Email us at [email protected] Kindly. Send images or videos of the products, together with your order number. In a maximum of three business days, our customer service representatives will ascertain whether your return request is eligible.
• Return the item: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. Please take note: Unauthorized returns of goods will not be accepted. Although we won't be held accountable for lost returns or exchanges, we advise you to send your return or exchange using a shipping method that includes a signature and tracking information.
• Return or exchange: Upon receipt of your return or exchange, we will examine the item within three to five business days and offer a refund or replacement for the exchange.

Policies

• To guarantee that your delivery is safely returned to us, it is advised that you utilize a traceable delivery method for all returns. Packages that are returned to us may be lost or damaged, but we are not liable for it.
• All purchases may be returned within 30 days of the last box of your order being delivered, with the exception of final sale/clearance item(s), free gifts, swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories. Note: After making the return request online, you must email us a picture demonstrating the issue or defect.
• Package returns must be approved. Any return request that is not approved by customer support will not be fulfilled. Note: The address on the package you received is NOT where the item(s) must be returned. That will have an impact on how your return is processed because it is not our return address.
